It is important to tee charge. If you plan to recruit big numbers you need to be at the top of your game on every call. This requires you to balance your work and family.
Typically Friday afternoon and Saturday are slow recruiting days. I recommend getting out of the office early on Friday (1-3) and spend time with you family. I like to be with the kids in the afternoon and then go out with my wife in the evening.
Saturday mornings can be executive
Effective times to do some recruiting so on occasion I would work on Saturday morning.
If you are diligent during the week you should be able to recruit 3-5 new people every week working hard Monday through Thursday.
Use the weekend to get evaluate your pay week and get charged up for the next week.
